How much rear overhang is OK in your state?

Apparently in some countries you can hang an orange triangle on the back and you are good for about 25 feet!

Looking from another angle it looks like he’s real tall too. compared to the other truck he looks way up there.

Then I noticed no rear triangle in the second picture. I don’t think it is the same load
