Don’t listen to a word that J. Marino Jr. has to say. His wife or so call x-wife is a drunk who went to jail for crippling a mother who’s children and husband were in the car the day of the accident. What’s the fine for that Mr. Marino??????? Also, his parents take loans that they don’t repay and steal from old people pretending to be their friend only to Rob them blind of all they have. Gotcha!!!!! Now we know what businesses to go after.

Local police CAN enforce federal regulations and, if specifically trained and certified, enforce them. Likewise, inspections can be done at WAWA because permission was granted. So, the apparent other side of the story has yet another side.

you guys keep forgetting one thing, as feds cut budgets states got to make it up somewhere and the first place they look is trucks! east pete is a greedy town because its the only legal way to manheim and they use that to there advantage.

How can a township police officer put a truck through a safety inspection? That doesn’t add up because local offericers do not enforce DOT regs.

I am terribly sorry this happened to you. Please file a suit against these guys on behalf of the hope that it puts an end to treating people in this manner! Throw enough of a monetary number against them & the media will filter out to other states who are treating drivers in the same manner.

I would highly recommend filing a suit against that city.

As a former govt employee of 15 years, I can assure you that they will cave and not want to go to court. They have liability here and I believe that you would ultimately prevail in a fair court. Yes, it will cost $$$ and it will need to go to a court above the city’s, but you will ultimately win.

My hope is you go for it and you sue for a huge dollar amount.

They need to be slapped back in line.

As an owner of a small transport company I can say that reading this made me sick to my stomach. Literally sick to my stomach. I am so incredibly sorry this happened to you. What is happening to our country?

Hang in their man. And keep us posted. I really hope both the judge and the trooper get whats coming to them.. but somehow I doubt it will happen… thats what’s really tragic about this whole deal.. I hope you can afford a good attorney.
