The court documents state we would never be more than 15% less than the NMATA, which is wrong of course. It also stated Axis would be sold or unionized in 90 days from May 27th, 2007, which of course isn't. Without a snapback clause, we are looking at a minimum 4 year concessionary deal. I hope all the blind faith teamsters vote this contract down, remember, we haven't taken a strike vote yet or received the employers last, best and final offer. Let's send the negoiaters back to negoiate a contract for all the carhaulers, not just trying to please 51%. I don’t know how any Allied teamster can vote yes.
