Mr. John Bushwalter, 67, of Helendale, was killed on Tuesday in a head-on crash when 85-year-old Marie Allessandro of Victorville drove the wrong way on southbound Interstate 15 smashing head on with Bushwalter’s vehicle.

This a pic of an accident on long island N.Y. last week. Seems the lady didn’t notice a truck was parked with 4 ways on . So she drove up left side ramp, went airborne , and flipped it on its side. Driver of van was o.k. as well as carhauler driver.
