anybody seriously thinking about bidding should probably contact
Dan who used to be maintenance director there… he knows what's
been done to what truck. He told me he'd be a buyer's consultant
for a modest fee.. probably money well spent. 567-220-0288

Dave, You may have thought you did people a service when you posted this notice about Accurate auction. But in reality, the less who knows gives the ones who did their research and found out on their own a better chance of getting a good deal. I was there and the majority of bids were very close to retail. No bargains. Never tell anyone about an auction, it will just create competition for those who attend. And one of them could be you.
Over 100 units available.

I don't want the readers of TRANSPORTFOOL to be uninformed. We can keep the auction a secret from the rest of the world though.

Who bought all of that equipment? What I mean is, did it go to mostly individual buyers or did one large company stock up? I kind of figured some of it would have ended up on retail lots.
