Terry blogging and hauling cars

I discovered an interesting and well written blog by Terry. She has recently switched from freight to car-haul and has been writing about the transition as well as the normal truck driving trials. Hopefully we will be able to get her permission to re-post some of her material over here. I have especially enjoyed her posts about the learning curve and the anxiety the comes with it.  carhauling blogger

Terry seems to be a very confident and capable professional driver. I wish her much success as a carhauler and I am certain that in time she will be able to get a carhaul job that will get her home often if that is what she desires.

Terry I just read your latest blog and couldn't agree with you more. I'm starting to sound like my grandfather but some of the truckers today do need some lessons in manners. I guess even I have needed to be bought down a notch or two at some points in my life. In my short 26 year career things have changed but thankfully I still love my job. Keep up the great work and I enjoy reading your blog! I particularly liked your hotel truck parking lot too small for your rig. Twenty something years ago I found myself pulled in to a hotel in West Virgina and thought I would have to be airlifted out. An hour or so later I managed to get out and didn't even tear anything up. Thankfully I learn the hard way and when in West Virginia I walk into new places before I drive. Have a safe and great day!
