My oldest grandson has reached the legal age to start drag racing. He lives in Arizona and I live in Oklahoma, so I won't get to see many of his races in person. Since his dad is pretty handy with electronic gadgets we are expecting videos to be posted on a regular basis. Xavier has a great source of technical advice and help, since he lives right next door to Pinks all out winner Doug Combes. Doug is also Xavier's other grandpa so he will enjoy the inside line to all of the secret tricks that go into making a winner.

I think they have a set time they can't break out of or they get DQ. I think they still hit 50 or 60 mph, pretty fast for an 8 year old. His dad (admin Aaron) and granddad Doug will keep a close eye on safety I'm sure.

I can't believe he's old enough to race already! It will be exciting, but I'm sure I'll be a nervous wreck! I've seen him practice and he does great! Speedloader – I like your "I didn't think you were old enuf to even have kids yet !!!" But I sure am glad we have grandkids!
