360.com is reporting on a high mount car carrier that got stuck on  the tracks in Odessa. Looks to me like there is some considerable damage to the truck in position one that was done by the tow truck's lifting technique. Would his underlift not go high enough to lift it by the hitch pin?odessa texas high mount car carrier stuck on tracks.
