Sometime in the overnight hours of January 17th – 18th a car carrier tractor-trailer loaded with nine new vehicles was stolen from 726 Ramsey Avenue, Hillside, New Jersey. The carrier was loaded with seven 2011 Audi vehicles and two 2011 Volkswagen Jetta models.
At 10:33 AM on January 18th police found the carrier running and unoccupied in the parking lot of 468 Chancellor Avenue, Irvington. All Audi vehicles had been off-loaded and left near the carrier except two which are still missing, a black 2011 Audi A4 and a 2011 Audi A8 (unknown color). The case has been turned over to the Hillside police detective bureau for investigation.
